- All prices quoted are for one (1) day use only. Weekly and monthly rates are available upon request.
- In order for your reservation to be held, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at time of delivery.
- Equipment is priced for time out whether it is used or not.
- Extra charges will be added for missing or broken equipment.
- Delivery location must be at ground level and accessible to our delivery vehicle.
- All equipment must be returned to the same location it was delivered. Tables must be folded and chairs must be stacked or bagged to avoid a breakdown fee.
- All equipment must be left under either tent, an accessible covered porch or an accessible garage to protect equipment from inclement weather.
- Linens must be completely dried and folded. Damaged linen(s) are subject to replacement cost.
- Since our equipment is not permanent and susceptible to weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel tent installation or remove any tent, which in our opinion can cause injury and possible damage to our equipment or to anyone’s property.
